I’ve spent several years as a Learning Management System administrator and learning technologist, working closely with IDs, operations teams, and program leads to design and maintain clean, scalable learning environments.
My work spans course shell design, accessibility alignment, e-learning development, troubleshooting, program structure, analytics, and workflow automation. I focus on practical, repeatable systems that teams can rely on.
